The Southside Aces

The Southside Aces are a New-Orleans-style jazz band performing in the tradition of Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, Duke Ellington, and the countless working bands of the Twentieth Century. The Aces are not only reworking the chestnuts of yesteryear, but are also performing their own arrangements of tunes by the likes of Hank Williams, Al Green and Amy Winehouse.

The Aces perform regularly at venues throughout the Twin Cities, and have recently driven dancers into frenzies at events in Minneapolis, Omaha and Denver.
