Rachel Rubin
Rachel Rubin, a Minnesotan with Peruvian roots, has been in the restaurant and food industry for more than fifteen years. She went to culinary school in Lima, Peru, and staged in Paris. After helping open and run many restaurant kitchens, she started Exclusive Catering, her own company that develops custom menus for private, corporate and holiday events.
Supporting area producers, growers and artisans, her original events feature locally grown and raised ingredients. Rachel uses Organic and otherwise certified natural whole foods products, and is devoted to creating original culinary experiences.
