Family-friendly Gluten-free Cooking
Kurt Stiles (Intelligent Ingredients) and Brianna Fogerty (Fresh and Natural Foods) prepare and sample a gluten-free smoothie and Pure Living Cookies.

Noon Heart-healthy Cooking
Kurt Stiles (Intelligent Ingredients) and Brianna Fogerty (Fresh and Natural Foods) will be sampling Barlean's Omega Swirl, a heart-healthy Superfood Smoothie, Misty Fjord Salmon, and 100% grass-fed beef.
1 p.m.
Keep it Local, Keep it Cheap
Robin Asbell will serve up an Italian Chicken, Wheat Berry and Garbanzo Salad, and a Fast Grain-and-Veggie Scramble with Cheese.
2 p.m.

Vietnamese Cooking with Local Minnesota Foods

4 p.m. Cooking with Grass-Fed Beef
JD Fratzke (The Strip Club Meat and Fish)
5 p.m. Cooking with Local Wines
Paul Lynch (FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar) will prepare pan-roasted local spring poultry with local wines from Morgan Creek Vineyards.

Family-friendly Gluten-free Cooking
Kurt Stiles (Intelligent Ingredients) and Brianna Fogerty (Fresh and Natural Foods) prepare and sample a gluten-free smoothie and Pure Living Cookies.

West Indies Soul Food. Jerk chicken and authentic Caribbean flavored foods with organic and local ingredients.
